Testimonials:
I want to thank everyone for their kind words. I appreciate you all and I am truly humbled. -Karen
“After having lost all three of our beloved “three amigos”, two of whom came from Karen’s “House of Pom’s”, we sent Karen a photograph of them, sitting in a Basket. Karen had just started to “dabble” in Painting but readily offered to do a pencil drawing in black and white.
Well, we were literally gasping at what Karen had captured, so lifelike, so “them”
Since then Karen’s art work has truly evolved to “next level” , such beauty and detail she is able to capture is phenomenal.
A true artist whose love of nature and Life shines through in every picture.”

“Karen Wilson painted my dog Pepper being nursed by her two newborn pups three years ago. That painting in soft pastels was, and remains one of the most treasured artworks in my home. Not only is the likeness that she created remarkable, she was able to capture the very heart of motherhood. Karen continues to grow as an artist and I am constantly in awe of her energy and commitment to her work. Her love of animals is next to none and that is highly apparent in her exquisite renderings of them. I’d highly recommend her as a pet portrait artist, you’ll not regret it.”

“I contacted Karen to create drawings of two of my dogs that had passed. The results were breathtaking. She captured the essence of the dogs perfectly. I can see the dog’s personality in the drawings. They look exactly like the photos I sent. Thank you, Karen, for your beautiful works of art.”

I was able to purchase an absolute stunning pastel painting of a bobcat hanging about in Karen’s backyard tree. It is so realistic it looks like a photograph, especially the eyes! She likewise recommended her " framer” who worked with me to complete and compliment the painting. Thank-you Karen for this treasured wildlife portrait. Your art work is truly a gift.

Karen painted a portrait of my horse. When I got it I can’t say how touched I was. All the small details
which make this horse to my horse were there! Karen is not only a very skilful painter she has a very
sharp eye for small things which awake her pictures to life. The painting is hanging over my bed where I
can enjoy it every morning and evening.

A few years ago, I was given the best birthday present ever! Karen surprised me with a gorgeous portrait of my best friend. She is so incredibly talented it is a perfect likeness of my little monster, Gamble. His eyes are incredible. I don't know how she does it. Absolutely unreal. It was the first piece of artwork I hung on the wall, front and center when you walk in the door. Not only is Karen an incredible artist, she is also an amazing person. I feel lucky to call her my friend. Love you, Karen!

I´ve got a stunning painting of a zebra, which Karen painted, it was a birthday present from my parents this year and I really love it! In the first moment I saw it, I thought it was a photo, because it looks so realistic, so fluffy, especially the ears are amazing. Zebras have always been one of my favorite animals and now, thanks to Karen, I finally got a "real" one, hanging over my desk, so I can look at it while working.

“I commissioned Karen to do a portrait of my daughter-in-laws dog Murphy, they have a
special relationship I wanted to celebrate and give my daughter-in-law a keepsake. I was
brought to tears with how well Karen captured Murphy’s beautiful face and gentle, loving
eyes. I would highly recommend Karen for animal portraits, I couldn’t be happier with the
work she did. Thank you Karen.”
